All orders will be shipped via UPS. Standard UPS rates apply on orders less than $50.00. Free shipping applies to online orders only and will be shipped via UPS ground.
Oversized items such as running boards, side steps and tow hitches may have an extra freight charge that will be added at time of shipment.
UPS SECOND DAY and NEXT DAY AIR shipments will be charged the UPS rate in effect on the date of shipment.
Next Day and Second Day Customers. You may not always receive you orders Next Day or Second Day. It can take 1-3 days to process orders due to order load and availability. We will prioritize your order to try to meet your shipping requests.
Any item larger than UPS regulations allow will be shipped carrier freight collect. (Items are marked as freight items on web site).
We ship to Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours after processing.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO and International addresses.
We try to please every customer, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will assist you returning your merchandise.
*Refused Shipments:* Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.
*Damage in transit:* The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim and keep all packaging materials. Please do not return these item to us. We will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with your carrier.
*Returns are Guaranteed:* Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative. We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition and returned within 30 days of original invoice.
New Returns must be returned in the original boxes
Returns of Items ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due.
If we are in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges. Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents.
Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.
