 Are your parts new ?   All of our parts are brand new Mopar parts. We do not sell used or recycled parts.    
 What if you ship the incorrect part or it is damaged?   Although we do everything we can to get the right part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick up the part or pay the return freight, replace the part. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part. If the part is damanaged we will also pick up the part and replace it with a new part. You can notify us by calling 1800-527-5411 or e-mail parts@jparts.com    
 When can I expect my order to be delivered?   Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Some restrictions may apply.    
 If I order online, will the email confirmation contain informati   Yes, e-mail order confirmation will contain information about individual items in your order. If you order a gift for someone that you share an email account with, you may want to inform the gift recipient not to open the e-mail from Savage Auto so as not to spoil the surprise.    
 Do I have to order on-line to receive the discount?   We prefer that the orders be placed on line, but we realize there are some people that are uncomfortable putting their personnal information on-line. So we gladly will take your orders over the phone. You can call us at 1-800-527-5411.    
 Is my credit card charged if my item is on backorder?   Your card is charged when the backordered item is shipped. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion of your order. The backordered item or items is charged to your account as it is shipped    
 Can I find out if my order has been placed, when it will be ship   When your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement and when the order is shipped you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. You will receive a Tracking Number from UPS Quantum View to the e-mail address you supplied with order. You will need to allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.    
 How do I change or add to my order?   Once orders are placed on our site, they are processed for shipping in a very timely manner for our customers. To inquire as to whether any changes, additions or to cancel an order, please call 1-800-527-5411.
